The role


You will product manage two critical parts of our business; Analytics and Growth. Analytics are at the core of our business and inform every decision we make, from marketing investment to product roadmap to hiring decisions. One of our strategic goals is to provide timely and insightful analytics to all stakeholders so they can make good decisions based on facts. You will own this part of our business, working with engineering to collect the data events and creating dashboards that turn the data into actionable insight for your stakeholders. Growth is what we call the Sales and Marketing process. In this part of your role your stakeholders will be our awesome sales and marketing teams, who you will be working with to give them all the tools, processes and optimisations they need to deliver their desired outcomes. With these two complementary areas of ownership, you’ll have an incredible opportunity to grow with the role and make a lasting impact on Selz as we expand and evolve.


Your principle activities will be:


  • Manage the design, collection and presentation of analytics to internal stakeholders and to customers
  • Manage the design, delivery and optimisation of sales and marketing processes
  • Define and scope features and internal processes through user stories, wireframes and process flows
  • Work closely with the engineering and QA teams to deliver your roadmap
  • Always strive for the best stakeholder experience based upon a strong understanding of needs


About you

  • 3–5 years product management or product marketing experience
  • Exposure to working with sales and marketing stakeholders
  • Experience of sales and marketing systems including analytics, CRM, PPC / SEM
  • Technical experience of analytics platforms like Google Analytics and GTM are a must. Operational e
  • The ability to manipulate data and to create automated processes by piecing together disparate systems
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile software development methodologies
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work on schedule
  • Strong requirements analysis and documentation skills
  • Confident creating and updating wireframes
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams including senior level individuals
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
