Effective, analytical, end-to-end customer contact is a critical component of our growth strategy. We're looking for a talented individual to own the strategy and operations of our email and in-platform messaging. As our CRM Manager / CRM lead you will have overall responsibility for the strategy and execution of all our CRM functions across acquisition, on-boarding, retention and customer success. Working closely with our SEM Manager, Business Development team, Product team and Content copywriters, you will make sure the customer journey is mapped out through the entire customer lifecycle and that we are communicating the right messages at the right time to drive business outcomes and help our customers succeed.
This is a hands-on and strategic role for someone who has a proven track record of owning and running email communications for a SaaS or platform tech business.
